Your session includes individualized hands-on care across relevant areas, with room to reposition, reassess, and respond as the work unfolds. The additional time supports comprehensive attention without rushing through your concerns. Pressure, pace, positioning, and technique remain responsive to your body. Firm, focused work can be appropriate without overpowering you. Choose 120 minutes when you want more space for the work and the goals that brought you here.
