ABOUT US
You know when your body is changing the way you live. You reach differently, adjust how you sleep, or work around uncomfortable movement. At Meticulous Massage®, those details deserve attention. I’m Nedra R. Crosby, LMT. In my private downtown Chicago practice, care begins with your concerns, movement, and goals. Assessment continues throughout your session. Firm, thorough deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy come together with focused attention to relevant areas. I explain what I notice and adapt pressure, positioning, and technique to your response, without force. The 90-minute Structural Reset™ is $375 and includes assessment, hands-on expertise, and dedicated attention. Expect room for questions, feedback, and honest recommendations. Feel and move better so you can keep doing what matters. Precision Changes Everything.
