The 120-minute Structural Reset™ gives us additional time to work toward more comfortable movement and greater ease in your day. We begin with what you are experiencing and what you want to keep doing. Your session includes firm, thorough deep tissue massage and individualized hands-on care across relevant areas, with room to reposition, reassess, and respond as the work unfolds. The additional time supports comprehensive attention without rushing through your concerns. Pressure, pace, positioning, and technique remain responsive to your body. The work is firm and thorough, without force. You don’t have to hurt to heal. Choose 120 minutes when you want more space for the work and the goals that brought you here.

Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™ provides protected time for comprehensive work shaped around your concerns, goals, and response. Whether you want to keep training, manage the demands of work and travel, or move through daily life more comfortably, we begin with what matters to you. Your care considers relevant areas beyond the immediate complaint and adapts as the work unfolds. Expect firm, thorough deep tissue massage. Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna offers private, uninterrupted time for warmth, quiet, and intentional wellness. Choose 30, 45, or 60 minutes based on how much time you want to slow down and settle in. Sauna may be enjoyed as a standalone experience or paired with eligible Meticulous Massage® care. This is not positioned as a cure or treatment for a medical condition. It is simply another way to create space for rest, warmth, and body awareness within your wellness routine.

Red Light Therapy may be added to an eligible Meticulous Massage® visit as part of your broader wellness experience. This enhancement gives you additional time to slow down and incorporate light-based wellness technology into the care you have already chosen for your body. Red Light Therapy is not offered as a standalone appointment. It is an optional addition, not a requirement for effective care.
